Downloadable Forms & Leaflets:

It is perfectly acceptable to hand in nomination papers in the format downloadable here. All local authorities are legally obliged to accept these forms.

They are in fact as issued by the Electoral Commission. If you have any difficulty obtaining the correct nomination papers from you local authority simply download from here.

Please note that you also require authorisation from your Party delegated Regional Nominating Officer, and you should also sign a Party candidate’s declaration form.
